Data disclosure and privacy

We will need to store certain personal data about you as follows:

• We will store correspondence in our email systems.
• We will store information needed to manage your exams in our MIS (Management Information System).
• We will pass necessary data to exam boards to allow them to manage your exams.  This might include any medical information used to request Access Arrangements or Special Consideration.

In all cases this data will be kept secure and only used for exam purposes.  We will remove email trails from our systems after two years from our final correspondence.
