Colet Boat Club


This is a club for all alumni of the St Paul's School Boat Club and indeed any Old Paulines who take up rowing later on in life.

2008 March: Robin Ejsmond-Frey (7) and Phil Clausen-Thue (cox) were in Isis, who beat Goldie by three and 1/2 lengths.
March: Marco Espin (bow) was in Goldie, who lost to Isis by three and 1/2 lengths.
March: Ben Harop-Griffiths (stroke) and Andy McGrath (3) were in the OULRC Blue Boat which beat CULRC by two and 1/2 lengths.
March: Ted Randolph (cox) was in the CULRC Blue Boat that lost to OULRC by two and 1/2 lengths.
2007 October: Marco Espin won the LM GB Long Distance Trials in Boston.
September: James Clarke (stroke) won Gold in the LM 4- in a time of 6:16.21 at the World Championships in Munich.
April: Robin Ejsmond-Frey (president) raced at 5 in the Oxford Blue Boat, which lost to CUBC by one and 1/4 lengths.
April: George Hilton (2) and Phil Clausen-Thue (cox) raced in Isis, who lost to Goldie by 4 lengths.
April: Marco Espin and Dave Hopper won the Spare Pairs Race for CUBC.
April: Oliver Lough (bow) was in the OULRC Blue Boat that beat CULRC by 1 length.
April: Alex Zdravkovic (bow) rowed over to win in Nephthys after Granta failed to show.
2006 July: Marco Espin (bow) came 6th in the LM 4- at the U23 World Championships.
April: Robin Ejsmond-Frey (bow) raced in the Oxford Blue Boat, which beat CUBC.
April: Chris Cole and Phil Clausen-Thue raced in the OULRC Blue Boat, which beat CULRC.
April: Simon Hay and Andrew McGrath raced in Nephthys, who beat Granta.
2005 March: Robin Ejsmond-Frey (5) and Jonny Mathews (4) raced in Isis, who lost to Goldie.
March: Aaron Espin (2) raced in the OULRC Blue Boat, which beat CULRC by 3 lengths, in a time of 5:51.
March: Simon Hay (bow) and Chris Cole (stroke) raced in Nephthys, who beat Granta by four and 1/2 lengths in a time of 6:07.
March: Nick Grafton-Green (3) raced in Granta, who lost to Nephthys.
2004 August: Dan Ouseley came 9th in the GB 8 at the Athens Olympics.
2003 August: Dan Ouseley (2) won Bronze in the GB 8 at the World Championships.
April: Mark Vickers (bow) raced in Isis, who lost to Goldie.
2002 September: Dan Ouseley (2) came 6th in the GB 8 at the World Championships.
March: Pete Hackworth (cox) raced in the Oxford Blue Boat, which beat CUBC by 2/3 length in a time of 16:54.
March: Charlie Bourne (7) raced in the CULRC Blue Boat, which lost to OULRC.
2001 August: Dan Ouseley (stroke) won Bronze in the GB 4+ and Simon Dennis (3) came 5th in the GB 8 at the World Championships.
April: Charlie Bourne (7) raced in the CULRC Blue Boat, which beat OULRC by 1/2 length in a time of 7:00 (raced at NWSC).
March: Dan Snow (5) raced in the Oxford Blue Boat, which lost to CUBC by two and 1/2 lengths.
March: Pete Hackworth (cox) raced in Isis, who lost to Goldie.
2000 September: Simon Dennis (3) won Gold at the Sydney Olympics in the GB 8.
March: Dan Snow (5) raced in the Oxford Blue Boat, which beat CUBC by 3 lengths, in a time of 18:04.
March: Gideon Glassman (cox) and Dan Tweedie (7) raced in the Cambridge Blue Boat which lost to OUBC.
March: Matt Lovett (2) and Charlie Bourne (7) raced in Granta, who beat Nephthys by two and 3/4 lengths in a time of 5:50.
1999 August: Simon Dennis (stroke) came 5th in the GB 2- at the World Championships.
April: Gideon Glassman (cox) and Dan Tweedie (7) raced in Goldie, who beat Isis.
March: Dave Lowish (3) raced in the CULRC Blue Boat, which lost to OULRC.
1998 March: Piers Gatenby (2) raced in the OULRC Blue Boat, which lost to CULRC.
1997 August: Simon Dennis (5) came 4th in the GB 8 at the World Championships.
