Photo Permissions

Please be aware that there are a small number of pupils across SPS and SPJ where we cannot use their image either internally (referring to the School's own channels, such as newsletters, social media and the website) or externally (referring to advertising, the media and press).

For ease of searching, a list of flagged pupils for St Paul's School is here (Google doc). If a pupil does not appear on that list then their permissions are all clear.

If you take photos of pupils and would like to store them on the school system, please save them in Media (Hele) (M:) / Media Library / 2025-26 in the relevant folder. 

DAMS

Should you need to use images of pupils (e.g. for a poster, banner, presentation etc.), you can visit our Digital Asset Management System (DAMS), a secure system to hold the school's images and ensure they are easily searchable and keyworded. Click here https://estream.stpaulsschool.org.uk/PL/Default.aspx and login with your usual school email address and password.

It is possible to share images with parents via a secure private link on DAMS, provided all pupils pictured have the correct photo permissions. To do this, please email marketing@stpaulsschool.org.uk.
