General: 

·      Meeting with the Chair of Governors is next Thursday.

·      Range in the foods in the tuck shop – being discussed at the moment.

Recap from Ashay from HM meeting:

·      FOB review – a review of the FOB system will be conducted, detailing the times of locking, places and therefore the appropriate changes.

·      Vending Machines – the one at the front of the school now is being filled up more often to compensate for the increased number of students using it.

·      Pods in the lunch hall – there will now be one set vegetarian pod in the lunch hall with the baked potato option as before.

·      Clock on Bigside – forthcoming.

·      Water Fountains – there will be a new water fountain on the first floor, perhaps in the English department. Placement ongoing.

This week:

·      Librarians – an updated intranet page detailing the system is being worked on.

·      Music lockers – problems with key locks will be sorted out in due course i.e. a reminder will be given at the beginning of each term / year detailing protocol for lockers.

·      Common Room – signs for the temporary U8th Common Room detailing seating procedure will be put up soon.

·      Jumpers – for Juniors, rules about logos: if the logos are not too obvious, detracting and suggestive, should they be allowed? Problem – people abusing it.

·      FOBs – general system for most doors is open between 5:30am to 6:30pm. Doors that could be changed – Music School, Workshop.

·      iSAMS App – in progress, still being discussed.
