JK’s Report from Tuesday Meeting:

·      Advertising and discussions in the Atrium – all fine, they’ll begin very shortly.

·      Booklet for 4^th Formers – still deciding what to do: hand over to new Prefects next Summer or finish by Christmas.

·      University Day for U8ths – should it be after AS Levels, as it might be better timed for decision making.

Suggestions:

·      Big clock on Big Side – it was proposed that there could be a big clock on the buildings facing the pitches, so that boys don’t lose track of time at lunch-time. Mr. Wilson to bring it up this Tuesday.

·      There are problems with Jewish Assembly, in that there have been complaints of a lack of numbers, but this discussion is ongoing.

·      Online Oyster card completion – when applying for a new one online, there is no option for St. Paul’s (or indeed any other Independent School) in the School Selection list. Action: speak to Surmaster’s PA to get paper form stamped with School Stamp.

·      New room for SC Meetings – RAD’s Room 2?

·      L8th Elections – these can’t be done on iSAMS as they are with Prefects, so back to the usual system. Could use the tool for “Poll” on Outlook.

·      Atrium Sessions –

o      Monday 17^th:

§       12:35 – 1:10 – Ashay + Zain

§       1:10 – 1:35 – Archie + George

§       1:35 – 2:00 – Leo + Orlando

§       2:00 – 2:15 – Hugo +Tim

·      Coffee machine in the Lunch Hall – discussion about vending machines and bins too.

·      Chefs should be thanked for amazing service so far.
