Update from Ashay:

·      U8th Common Room – this will be in the new science block from the beginning of January, but the U8ths will have no Common Room for the second half of the Winter Term. Suggestion for new area: old Tuck Shop should become a priority are for the U8th.

Suggestions from the Atrium Sessions on Monday:

·      Faster scrolling speed on the TV screen in the atrium for the notices.

·      Orange juice as well as water as a drink option for lunch.

·      Glasses in the lunch hall – the stacks of these used to be available by the fountains, but they are not there at the moment. Positive: jugs are being refilled and put on tables.

·      Conveyer belt: could it be faster? No – harder for staff behind the screen, and more of a build-up.

·      Students allowed to advertise Societies on the Tannoy themselves when event is about to happen.

·      Vending machines – apparently these need replacing more often.

·      Heating / energy wasting? – impossible to discuss night time environmental policy without any form of statistics. Leave it for now.
