Recap. on Last Week:

• new criterion for Prefects - teachers get 5 fewer votes now.
• Mercer lunch for L8th - may come to being soon.

This Week:

• 6th Form Forum - Ashay going on the Monday to talk to them.
• The pressure of the taps in the toilets came up in conversation, and apparently it is too high. The solution - press them more gently.
• Tannoy notices are on the Dashboard now, although there may be some errors due to the novelty of the programme. The question was posed, however - are the notices too long? It is difficult to cut them extensively and for the long term. Perhaps if it is a regular notice it should be put on the screen only.
• booking the Atrium - not used often, although hasn't really been advertised extensively. A mailing list for the Heads of Societies was suggested.
• Games Half Matters - trying to radically change the system - impossible, as the entire set up is logistically complicated enough as it stands, and the idea was put forward for a switch of Games Half to be had half-way through the actual half of the day, as in the 4th Form. This is virtually impossible, as the teachers cannot put teams up if there are constant changes in numbers. The system works very well as it is, and there is no dire need for change.
